I’m Meghna Prakash, a neuro-divergent queer therapist. I bring over a decade of personal experience navigating mental health with various therapies and medications, following which I now practice as an early career therapist. With an eclectic approach, I tailor trauma-informed and queer-affirmed interventions to meet your unique needs.

Therapy with me is a journey of self-discovery, validation, and growth—where we work together to help you understand and overcome challenges. Let’s see if we align through a free 30-minute discovery call. Therapy sessions start at INR 1200.

As a therapist with lived experience of Bipolar Disorder, I understand how isolating it can feel. This group offers emotional support, practical coping strategies, and a sense of community.

Do reach out if you need support with other issues as well – I am open to forming other support groups as well for neurodivergence, ADHD, etc.

I also offer workshops for both corporations and schools. These workshops are designed to build emotional intelligence, resilience, and mental health awareness. From managing workplace stress to enhancing student well-being, my workshops are tailored to meet the needs of diverse groups.

“Hi, so I am writing this after 6 months of therapy session. Initially my condition was very severe, i wasn’t aware what was happening to me and why it was happening with regular panic attacks and anxiety. And one day i reached to Meghna for therapy later i found out that i have post traumatic stress disorder which was severe. Slowly how i healed i myself don’t know. Meghna helped me see life in different perspective which eventually brought a beautiful version of me. My first session was full of tears and pain and my last session was full of smile and laughter as she brought out the lost girl smile again. I am forever grateful to you Meghna. Only i know how much i craved for a peaceful sleep and now i have that.”

“In my journey with therapy, Meghna is the kindest, most considerate therapist I’ve worked with.
She not only provides a non-judgemental safe space, but lets you move at your own pace. Her approach is highly individualistic and that’s exactly what I wanted! There’s something about her that exudes warmth, compassion and hope. The best part, she advocates for YOU, specially when you are not doing it for yourself.”

“Meghna Prakash walked into our interaction with deep empathy and compassion. Her dedication to supporting her clients, through constant learning is commendable and something rarely seen in therapist today. She has a keen ability to understand what her clients need and ensure over time they are able to find that.
I would definitely recommend Meghna, especially if this is your first interaction with a therapist, she’ll definitely ensure you’re comfortable from the get go.”
