I’m Meghna Prakash, a neuro-divergent queer therapist. I bring over a decade of personal experience navigating mental health with various therapies and medications, following which I now practice as an early career therapist. With an eclectic approach, I tailor trauma-informed and queer-affirmed interventions to meet your unique needs.
Therapy with me is a journey of self-discovery, validation, and growth—where we work together to help you understand and overcome challenges. Let’s see if we align through a free 30-minute discovery call. Therapy sessions start at INR 1200.

At The Listening Leaf, I offer a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy. My practice follows trauma-informed and queer-affirmative principles, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported. Each therapy session is designed to meet you where you are, blending modalities to suit your needs and goals.
