I’m Meghna Prakash, a queer and neuro-divergent therapist. Over the years, I have navigated the complexities of mental health, meeting with over ten doctors before finding the right one. I’ve experienced side effects from medication—acne, weight gain, and even PCOD issues—before reaching stability with the right treatment. These experiences made me passionate about helping others find their voice, their autonomy, self-manage their mental health, and live authentically.

As a therapist, I’m trauma-informed and queer-affirming. My approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapeutic modalities including Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, tailored to your specific journey. Together, we create a safe, inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without judgment.

I believe in empowering my clients to understand themselves better, to navigate their mental health with compassion, and to build resilience. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you recognize the strength you already have. I’m here to guide, support, and listen.
